Summary: Cooneen Group is looking for an IT Project and Support Analyst for a 12-month placement at their head office in Fivemiletown, Co. Tyrone. The role involves hands-on experience with IT Services and IT Projects teams, contributing to business support tasks and key IT projects. The successful candidate will manage IT projects and provide day-to-day IT support for various business systems and infrastructure. This position is ideal for individuals studying IT or related fields who have a strong interest in project management and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple small-to-medium IT projects across business systems while providing IT services support.
  • Lead projects following established project management methodologies, such as:
  • Annual ERP upgrade process
  • Maintaining cyber security accreditations
  • Annual penetration testing
  • Annual Workstation refresh, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing upgrades
  • Disaster recovery (DR) testing
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for:
  • Business systems: ERP, WMS, BI, web portals, time and attendance systems, and cyber security tools
  • Infrastructure: Act as Support Desk liaison, resolving on-site queries and coordinating with the outsourced IT service provider

Key Skills:

  • Experience or strong interest in IT project management and technical support.
  • Understanding of business systems (ERP, WMS, BI, etc.) and infrastructure basics.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicator who can work with both internal teams and external partners.
