Summary: The role of Project & Programme Manager involves leading multiple projects at a Tier 1 global bank, focusing on delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & deliver multiple projects & programmes, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively
- Resolve ad hoc queries from stakeholders & team members, providing clear guidance & practical solutions
- Structure project activities & resources to maximise impact & streamline delivery
- Engage & influence senior stakeholders, building strong relationships & ensuring alignment across the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges & implement best practices
- Leverage infrastructure experience to support technical aspects of project delivery (desirable)
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services project or programme management
- Proven ability to drive outcomes & deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Strong experience in resolving ad hoc queries & structuring complex workstreams
- C-suite stakeholder engagement & communication skills
- Highly organised, adaptable & proactive
- Infrastructure project experience is advantageous

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Project & Programme Manager to join our team engaged at a Tier 1 global bank. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys resolving ad hoc queries and excels at structuring complex initiatives to drive successful outcomes.
Location: Birmingham (3 days a week in client's central Birmingham office, 2 days from home)
Rate: up to £100k p.a. (dependent on experience)
Contract: 6 months FTC with possibility of extension (PAYE basis, inside IR35)
