Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver multiple projects and programmes, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively
- Resolve ad hoc queries from stakeholders and team members, providing clear guidance and practical solutions
- Structure project activities and resources to maximise impact and streamline delivery
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment across the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement best practices
- Leverage infrastructure experience to support technical aspects of project delivery (desirable)
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services project or programme management
- Proven ability to drive outcomes and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Strong experience in resolving ad hoc queries and structuring complex workstreams
- Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Infrastructure project experience is advantageous

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Project & Programme Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys resolving ad hoc queries and excels at structuring complex initiatives to drive successful outcomes.
Location: Birmingham (3 days a week in clients central Birmingham office, 2 days from home)
Contract: 6 months FTC with possibility of extension (PAYE basis)
