Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design the IT transition/transformation aspects of an acquisition programme and monitor its progress.
• Adhere to the IT PMO methodology.
• Manage the programme's budget and monitor expenditure against benefits.
• Ensure allocation of resources and skills within individual projects.
• Manage third-party contributions and communications with stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects.
• Identify and manage risks to the programme's success.
• Complete necessary governance documentation.
• Report on the status of the programme and ensure project managers provide status reports.

Key Skills:

• Degree or equivalent; professional qualifications such as MSP/PRINCE2/AgilePM advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' IT Programme Management experience.
• Strong experience in overseeing IT transition/transformation aspects of acquisitions.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Salesforce, and Microsoft transition programmes.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and switch between strategic and tactical approaches.
• Skilled in strategic and tactical planning and programme management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and onsite/offshore teams.
• Good financial and budgeting experience.
• Experience with vendor/contract management and negotiations.
