Summary: A seasoned IT Program Manager with over 10 years of experience in managing complex global IT transformations within the pharmaceutical domain. The role requires expertise in implementing rigorous program controls and effective governance while navigating senior stakeholder landscapes. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce programme controls: stage gates, baselines, change control, risk/issue management, dependency tracking, benefits realization.
- Build and run effective governance: steerco preparation, cross-timezone forums, vendor/PMO alignment, stakeholder management.
- Drive delivery discipline: identify/communicate true variances, manage noise, ensure timely escalation with options.
- Lead global technology rollouts: plan deployment waves, coordinate readiness, manage adoption/training/transition.
- Benefits & KPI focus: tie outcomes to metrics and track realization.
- Communicate complex updates succinctly; create decision-ready packs for VP-level stakeholders.
- Partner with QA/Validation and Site Ops; understand regulatory influence on planning/testing/deployment.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT program management, specifically in the pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
