IT Operations Associate
A performance marketing agency are looking for an IT Operations Analyst, where you will play a vital role in supporting end-user computing, cloud applications, and basic network troubleshooting within our organization. You will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams, assisting in the resolution of common IT issues, and contributing to IT projects. This role is perfect for a candidate with foundational IT knowledge who is eager to grow and develop expertise in various aspects of IT operations and system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide hands-on support for end-user computing issues (Windows/macOS).
- Support cloud applications such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity and network configuration.

- System Administration & Device Management
- Assist with user account management, device provisioning, software deployment, and basic patch management tasks.
- Ensure devices are set up and managed according to company protocols and security standards.
- Maintain accurate device inventory and support hardware lifecycle management.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build collaborative relationships within IT and across departments by providing clear, effective communication.
- Offer technical assistance and clear guidance to non-technical teams (e.g., marketing, sales) for routine issues.

Qualifications:
- Basic working knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Experience with cloud application support (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Jira Atlassian).
- Foundational understanding of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize work based on guidance from management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Desire to learn and grow within the IT operations field, with a proactive approach to self-improvement and team support.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with directory services, such as Active Directory or JumpCloud.
- Experience with basic system administration tasks, including user account management and software deployment.
