Key Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain and monitor backup systems to ensure data integrity and recovery readiness.
  • Contribute to the implementation and documentation of process controls and IT procedures.
  • Respond to basic IT support requests and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and changes in systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT services meet business needs.

Key Skills:
