Key Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in transformation/project management.
- Strong knowledge of data, AI, and cloud-based analytics.
- Familiarity with UK regulatory compliance and GxP environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (ideally).

What You'll Need to Succeed
