Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for IT infrastructure issues.
- Manage and support M365 applications including Defender ATP, Entra/AzureAD, Exchange, Intune, and Teams.
- Oversee Meraki Wi-Fi and Switches management.
- Administer Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 11 environments.
- Ensure clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
Key Skills:

- Meraki Wi-Fi and Switches

IT Infrastructure & Support Analyst - Hybrid
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Support Analyst to join their team on an FTC basis, initially for 12-18 months with a view to extend.
Please note, the role is hybrid, with 3 days per week required on-site in Leeds.
You will come from an Infrastructure background, including Service Desk Support at 2nd and 3rd line level. You will have around 5 years' plus experience ideally.
