Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support servers and network infrastructure
- Provide end-user workstation support, including Windows OS and productivity tools
- Assist with IT enhancement initiatives and project implementation
- Maintain and review IT hardware inventory and support contracts
- Ensure compliance with group IT policies, procedures, and standards
Key Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with 2 years in finance
- Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Linux are advantageous
- Proficient in Windows Server and Linux environments
- Skilled in managing networking equipment (firewalls, routers, switches)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN technologies
- Experience with PABX and voice recording systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
