Summary: This role is for an IT Infrastructure Engineer specializing in 3rd line support, focusing on technologies such as Azure, O365, Active Directory, and VMware. The position is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the Oxfordshire office, and is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining and managing key IT infrastructure and supporting technology projects within a leading UK organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line support across network, security, servers, storage, and infrastructure software.
• Maintain and manage key IT infrastructure across the business estate.
• Support key technology projects.
• Utilize strong technical skills in O365, Azure, Active Directory, and Intune.
• Implement and manage virtualization and storage solutions, including VMware and NetApp.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage relationships.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support/Infrastructure Engineer role.
• Strong experience and knowledge of O365, Azure, Active Directory, and Intune.
• Networking, virtualization, and storage skills, including Cisco, VMware, and NetApp.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solution-oriented approach.

Salary (Rate): £60,000
