Key Responsibilities:

• Work with development and project teams, specialist departments, foreign subsidiaries, and partners to shape the strategic development of the Digital Workplace IT program.
• Provide decisive impetus for IT innovations and serve as the first point of contact for IT topics related to Google Workspace, Atlassian products, Cisco telephony, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM.
• Evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives with specialist departments and foreign subsidiaries, developing an inspiring program roadmap.
• Plan required resources and assume budget responsibility with team leads and product owners to successfully implement projects.
• Communicate concepts and project progress consistently to departments, committees, and foreign subsidiaries to ensure team alignment.

Key Skills:

• Successfully completed commercial degree (e.g., business administration, economics, business informatics) or a comparable qualification.
• Relevant knowledge of collaboration and mobility solutions, setup and operation of on-premises and cloud-hosted IT infrastructures, and remote desktop services.
• Knowledge and experience in agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
