IT Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Replace docking stations on user desks
• Deploy and hand out laptops to end users
• Provide onsite IT support and troubleshoot any issues
• Complete hardware refresh activities across multiple sites
• Additional Firewall replacement task at the Llanelli site

We're looking for someone with:

? Previous IT Field Engineer/Desktop Support experience

? Laptop deployment and hardware refresh experience

? Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills

? Ability to travel to all assigned locations

? Availability during August
