IT/ERP Project Manager (Workday Payroll) Outside IR35

Summary: The role of IT/ERP Project Manager focuses on managing multiple Workday Payroll projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent Workday Payroll projects through their full life cycle.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to internal governance standards and methodologies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners as needed.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption strategies.
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience managing complex IT projects across multiple sectors, preferably with a focus on HR, Payroll, or Financial systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving Workday Payroll (highly desirable).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and/or Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
