Summary: The role of IT Enterprise Architect involves overseeing the technical architecture for the implementation of Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security Services within a prominent organization in the Insurance sector. The position requires collaboration with clients to develop a strategic vision and roadmap for these services. The contract is for a duration of 6 months and is classified as outside IR35. The role is based in Edinburgh and operates in a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical architecture applied for the implementation of the end to end Infrastructure, Cloud & Security Services.
- Working closely with the client/customer to develop a vision and roadmap for the Infra, Cloud & Security Services.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable previous experience as an Enterprise Architect on large scale infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in Azure & AWS cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and identity management.
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows server administration.
- Familiarity with backup technologies, disaster recovery, and storage solutions.
Salary (Rate): £550 daily
