IT Engineer - Bristol - £17.72 per hour umbrella - CONTRACT

Summary: The role of IT Engineer involves working on-site in Bristol for a leading Defence organization on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should possess current SC Clearance or be willing to undergo the clearance process. Responsibilities include managing ticket queues, asset management, and ensuring service levels are maintained as per contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Queue ticket management of tickets assigned to their Hub and surrounding spokes.
• Maintain appropriate updates and call management to uphold service levels as per contract.
• Manage Hub stock including asset management of kit in/out.
• Oversee effective management of disposals through their Hub.
• Highlight potential service issues and improvements to the Team Leader.
• Follow agreed processes and procedures from the Authority.

Key Skills:

• Current SC Clearance or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in ticket management and service level maintenance.
• Knowledge of asset management and disposals.
• Ability to identify service improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication and procedural adherence skills.
