IT/Digital Project Manager - Higher Education
We are working with a prestigious Higher Education institution in London that is looking to engage an experienced IT/Digital Project Manager to support a complex technology transformation initiative.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the technical delivery elements of a high-profile programme, working closely with technical teams, architects and senior stakeholders to establish and deliver new digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and digital workstreams within a wider transformation programme.
- Coordinate technical teams, Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects.
- Manage challenging stakeholders and support changes to established ways of working.
- Gather requirements, develop user stories and support business analysis activities.
- Oversee the delivery of cloud-based solutions and systems integration.
- Work across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, managing dependencies and tight deadlines.
Key experience
- Proven track record delivering complex IT/Digital projects, ideally within Higher Education.
- Strong technical understanding, particularly around cloud platforms, systems integration and information security.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in environments with evolving processes and limited project maturity.
- Experience of international programmes or Transnational Education (TNE) would be advantageous.
