Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of IT Contracts Manager, a six month contract hybrid to Reading (fortnightly visits). Inside of IR35/Umbrella only £500 - £550
The Role: This is a £50m+ programme involving the management of multiple IT supplier contracts for a complex technology programme. We require a contract manager to help strengthen commercial and contract governance. The role will support in supplier management, including conducting formal service and contract reviews, monitoring performance, milestones and deliverables.
Other responsibilities:
- Managing requests for payment, disputes, and escalations.
- Chairing and facilitating monthly service review meetings with suppliers.
- Act as a central point for capturing and managing feedback from internal stakeholders, such as Service Delivery Leads.
- Review and assure supplier obligations and commitments in line with contractual terms.
- Scope, outcomes, deliverables, and milestones.
- Manage contract variations, changes, and formal change requests.
