Summary: The IT Change Project Manager will lead a significant Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) technology implementation program, currently at the RFI stage. This role involves driving the vendor selection process, establishing project governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of a strategic HSE platform. The position requires collaboration with senior stakeholders to manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and third-party suppliers. This is a key opportunity to contribute to a high-profile transformation program that supports compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver large-scale IT transformation and software implementation projects.
  • Manage projects through RFI, RFP, vendor evaluation, and supplier selection processes.
  • Engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance frameworks, and executive reporting.
  • Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and internal delivery teams.
  • Drive organisational change and ensure stakeholder adoption throughout project delivery.
  • Utilize project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Facilitate communication, workshops, and presentations.
  • Work within Health & Safety, HSE, EHS, Compliance, Risk, or Operational systems environments.
  • Gather requirements and manage competing priorities across multiple business functions.

  • Proven experience in large-scale IT transformation and software implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for an experienced IT Change Project Manager to lead a major Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) technology implementation programme. Currently at the RFI stage, this role will be instrumental in driving the vendor selection process, establishing project governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of a strategic HSE platform across the organisation.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, risks, budgets, and third-party suppliers while ensuring alignment between operational requirements and technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme and play a key role in delivering a critical business system that supports compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.

Key skills and responsibilities,

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation and software implementation projects.
