Summary: You will serve as an IT Change Manager within an ITIL-based Change Management framework, focusing on the governance of the Change Management process to ensure efficient handling of technology changes. This is to minimise the impact of change related incidents upon service quality and consequently improve the day-to-day operation of its Customers.
