This is a high-impact role focused on leading the evolution of the HR technology landscape - with a particular emphasis on the transformative opportunities presented by AI.
You will proactively identify where IT can drive competitive advantage through the delivery of forward-thinking, AI-powered solutions. Strong domain knowledge across the HR function and technology landscape is essential, including HCM platforms, workforce administration, and HR services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results - from building compelling business cases to mobilising large-scale, high-value technology investments. You'll be accountable for shaping and communicating the technology strategy and roadmap for core HR functions, while ensuring alignment with both business priorities and emerging technology trends.
