Summary: This role as an IT Business Consultant focuses on defining and documenting business and functional requirements to enhance systems and processes. The candidate will engage in solution implementation, provide ongoing support, and contribute to training initiatives. The position requires a hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead projects or initiatives. There is potential for permanent employment after 6-12 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in squad ceremonies, including work elaboration, estimation, prioritization, and implementation.
• Evaluate existing solutions and propose improvements by applying architectural best practices and guidance.
• Develop and maintain the technical and architectural debt backlog, along with a roadmap for capability enhancements.
• Align architectural direction with business priorities and practical implementation considerations.
• Operate within established guidelines and policies while maintaining flexibility to adapt as needed.
• Collaborate with other squads to integrate architectural direction into planning and drive adoption, addressing any roadblocks.
• Work closely with business and technology teams at all levels to implement solutions.
• Serve as an advisor to the Capability Owner and squad, providing technical and strategic guidance.
• Promote the adoption of engineering best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Support system maintenance and infrastructure management as needed.

Key Skills:

• Understanding of cloud concepts (Microsoft Azure certification AZ-900 preferred).
• Proficiency in Linux, Oracle Database, and modern software development tools.
• Strong focus on quality, security, and best practices in software engineering.
• Ability to execute large-scale, complex, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
