Summary: The IT Business Analyst role involves supporting a back-office migration project through a blend of business analysis and test management expertise. The position is a 6-month initial contract based in North London, requiring onsite presence two days a week and occasional travel to Liverpool. • Proficiency in business analysis and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
• ERP system experience (particularly COINS) - desirable
