Summary: The IT Business Analyst role involves supporting key tasks such as requirements management, business model analysis, and risk assessment within an agile development context. Key Responsibilities:

• Eliciting, analyzing, specifying, documenting, validating, and managing requirements.
• Conducting business model and process analysis, along with business and functional analysis of IT applications.
• Performing risk analysis and assisting in the creation of business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans.
• Analyzing the integration of different information systems and managing the agile product backlog as a proxy Product Owner (PO).
• Supporting the development team and ensuring iterative testing of solutions.
• Monitoring data analysis and data modeling processes.
• Providing security assessments and solutions for information systems.

Key Skills:

• Experience in business analysis, especially in an agile development context.
• Good knowledge of analysis methods, techniques (UML, BPMN, context diagrams, use cases, user journeys, user stories, etc.) and tools, as well as good SQL knowledge.
• Good knowledge of information systems matters and large organization administrative business processes.
• Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile).
• Experienced in writing detailed functional analysis and producing structured documentation (UML diagrams, Use Cases, Mock-ups, etc.).
• Experience designing multilayer applications and integration points.
• Experience with (agile) project/product management: backlog management, grooming and refinement sessions, iterative planning and delivery, estimation techniques, incremental development.
• Testing skills (design, execution, documentation).
• Experienced in web applications.
• Ability to apply high quality standards.
• Analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills.
