Summary: The IT Business Analyst role involves supporting key tasks such as requirements management, business model analysis, and risk assessment within an agile development context. The position requires collaboration with development teams and managing the product backlog as a proxy Product Owner. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, process modeling, and documentation, along with strong communication skills. Specific expertise in tools like JIRA and methodologies such as BPM and Agile is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Eliciting, analyzing, specifying, documenting, validating, and managing requirements.
- Conducting business model and process analysis, along with business and functional analysis of IT applications.
- Performing risk analysis and assisting in the creation of business cases, vision documents, project charters, and security plans.
- Analyzing the integration of different information systems and managing the agile product backlog as a proxy Product Owner (PO).
- Supporting the development team and ensuring iterative testing of solutions.
- Monitoring data analysis and data modeling processes.
- Providing security assessments and solutions for information systems.
Key Skills:
- Experience in business analysis, especially in an agile development context.
- Good knowledge of analysis methods, techniques (UML, BPMN, context diagrams, use cases, user journeys, user stories, etc.) and tools, as well as good SQL knowledge.
- Good knowledge of information systems matters and large organization administrative business processes.
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile).
- Experienced in writing detailed functional analysis and producing structured documentation (UML diagrams, Use Cases, Mock-ups, etc.).
- Experience designing multilayer applications and integration points.
- Experience with (agile) project/product management: backlog management, grooming and refinement sessions, iterative planning and delivery, estimation techniques, incremental development.
- Testing skills (design, execution, documentation).
- Experienced in web applications.
- Ability to apply high quality standards.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills.
