Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in the energy industry, focusing on compliance and precision. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting IT solutions that align with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and oversee the implementation of IT projects. Fluency in French or Dutch, along with English, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams where your insights directly shape IT solutions used across the organization.
  • Take a role in the team to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes across multiple business areas.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to identify and document business and functional needs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpret data to support recommendations, decisions, and process improvements.
  • Process Analysis: Review current workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Risk Identification: Detect inconsistencies, gaps, or potential risks early in the analysis phase.
  • Solution Design: Recommending IT Solutions to address business needs (together with other IT teams and external partners).
  • Solution Support: Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and validate solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and structured documentation of findings, decisions, and solutions.
  • Project Management: Overseeing the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they meet requirements and are delivered on time.
  • ICT Delivery team: Relevant experience software delivery in an ICT team.
  • Training and Support: Providing training and support to users on new systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout all project phases.

Key Skills:

  • 3–5 years as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch, plus English.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
