We are recruiting for a IT Build Engineer to build machines in our clients offices in Reigate Surrey on Contract. The organisation is a Global Insurance provider.
Responsibilities:

- Testing application packages and the user experience
- Writing both technical and end-user KBs
- Feeding back into the team on the experience so policies/packages can be amended
- Supporting/guiding end-users during the transition
So maybe not the most technical person in the house, but someone with good customer facing experience that been through migrations and sees things through an end-user perspective. Not sure if that's more technical engineer style role perhaps? but are game to get stuck into the support side.
