Summary: The IT Applications Support Specialist (BC Functional) role requires a candidate with a minimum of two years of experience in BC WMS within a warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize BC WMS in a warehouse environment.
- Manage BC warehouse setup including locations, zones, bins, and process flows.
- Operate Insight Works Advanced WMS or Lanham ACE Warehousing with RF scanners.
- Handle Lanham E-Ship and E-Receive, focusing on Pack Line and Receive Line Scanning.
- Support EDI for XML integration with SAP ERP.
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and network devices.
- Analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Work with Microsoft Excel and large datasets.
- Adapt to cosnova's culture and systems.
- Work onsite 5 days per week.
