Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT applications support and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Participate in workshops with business users to gather requirements for application changes.

  • Manage workload and helpdesk tickets using the internal helpdesk system.
  • Ensure smooth operation of applications and adherence to SLAs.
  • Deliver internal changes such as online documents and workflows.
  • Continuously review and improve application support processes.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years in an IT Applications Support role.
  • Strong experience with business applications.
