Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT applications support and troubleshooting for business applications.
- Participate in workshops with business users to gather requirements for application changes.
- Analyze data and processes objectively and maintain quality documentation.
- Manage workload and helpdesk tickets using the internal helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with application providers to ensure smooth system operations and adherence to SLAs.
- Deliver internal changes such as online documents, workflows, and products.
- Continuously review and improve application support processes.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in an IT Applications Support role.
- Strong business application knowledge.
- Logical troubleshooting capability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Understanding of SQL, Power BI, and APIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project.
