Role: IT Application Support Analyst, Contract

Location: Leicester (3 days a week onsite)

Rate: £250pd - £300pd (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6-month initial term

The Contract: We are recruiting an Application Support Analyst for an iconic UK brand, to provide 2nd line support on various business applications. This multi-£bn turnover business are going through a huge period of transformation, therefore there is the potential scope to continue this contract further than the initial 6 months.

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience supporting business applications / software.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for building relationships and providing a quality service.
  • Able to commute to North Leicester a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Work with 3rd party specialists to resolve complex issues.

We are open to speaking with both Applications Support specialists, and broader IT Support Analysts who have experience supporting enterprise IT applications, The core focus beyond this is exceptional customer service, incident management and communication skills.
