Key Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot core business and legal applications
- Act as an SME and escalation point for the Service Desk
- Provide desk-side support to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to IT projects including software deployments, upgrades, and testing
- Work closely with third-party vendors
- Deliver 1-2-1 user training where required
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support data security and compliance standards
Key Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an IT Applications / Support role
- Experience within a professional services or similar environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Experience with some of the following: iManage Work 10, Microsoft 365 / Power Platform / Copilot, pdfDocs / Partner for Windows / Clio or similar systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

We are working with a leading UK law firm investing in its technology function to enhance user experience and operational efficiency across the business. This is a hands-on, business-facing IT role where you’ll play a key part in supporting legal applications, improving systems, and driving technology adoption across a professional services environment.
The Role
You’ll sit within a high-performing IT team, acting as a go-to specialist for legal applications and a key escalation point for complex technical issues. This role combines support, project work, and stakeholder engagement - ideal for someone looking to broaden their impact beyond a traditional support position.
