Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and troubleshoot core business and legal applications
  • Act as an SME and escalation point for the Service Desk
  • Provide desk-side support to senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to IT projects including software deployments, upgrades, and testing
  • Work closely with third-party vendors
  • Deliver 1-2-1 user training where required
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support data security and compliance standards

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an IT Applications / Support role
  • Experience within a professional services or similar environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with some of the following: iManage Work 10, Microsoft 365 / Power Platform / Copilot, pdfDocs / Partner for Windows / Clio or similar systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

We are working with a leading UK law firm investing in its technology function to enhance user experience and operational efficiency across the business. This is a hands-on, business-facing IT role where you’ll play a key part in supporting legal applications, improving systems, and driving technology adoption across a professional services environment.

The Role

You’ll sit within a high-performing IT team, acting as a go-to specialist for legal applications and a key escalation point for complex technical issues. This role combines support, project work, and stakeholder engagement - ideal for someone looking to broaden their impact beyond a traditional support position.

Key Responsibilities
