Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1st and 2nd line user support via calls and logged issues on the ticketing system.
• Managing and troubleshooting site-to-site and client-to-site VPNs using appropriate tools.
• Proactively identifying and addressing ongoing technical issues, analyzing reports to pinpoint root causes, and working with the Development Team to implement solutions or deliver training.
• Escalating 3rd line issues while maintaining client communication until resolution.
• Assisting in the support and maintenance of networks and servers.
• Conducting Warehouse Control Systems code and module testing to support system upgrades and enhancements.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 3 A-Levels.
