Summary: Our client requires a hands-on IT analyst to support their Legal and HR application portfolio during a spinoff, involving the logical separation and cloning of applications to facilitate the transition to two separate companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Legal and HR application portfolio during the spinoff process.
- Manage the logical separation of a large portfolio of applications.
- Facilitate new stand-ups and cloning of applications.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure smooth transitions.
- Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business administration, finance, accounting, MIS, or related discipline.
- 4 years of experience in a multi-national IT environment.
- Working knowledge of IT solutions for Human Resources and/or Legal.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
- Collaboration and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in high-intensity, multi-project environments.
