Summary: Our client requires a hands-on IT analyst to support their Legal and HR application portfolio during a spinoff, involving the logical separation and cloning of applications to facilitate the transition to two separate companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Legal and HR application portfolio during the spinoff process.
• Manage the logical separation of a large portfolio of applications.
• Facilitate new stand-ups and cloning of applications.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure smooth transitions.
• Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business administration, finance, accounting, MIS, or related discipline.
• 4 years of experience in a multi-national IT environment.
• Working knowledge of IT solutions for Human Resources and/or Legal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
• Collaboration and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in high-intensity, multi-project environments.
