Summary: The iOS Developer role based in Bristol involves working on-site five days a week and focuses on developing mobile applications using Swift and Swift UI. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mobile applications using Swift and Swift UI.
- Implement architectural patterns such as MVC/MVVM-C.
- Handle networking with URL Session and Codable.
- Manage databases using Swift Data, Core Data, and SQLite.
- Utilize background task handling techniques and GCD.
- Conduct unit testing with XCTest and XCUITest.
- Apply reactive programming paradigms and localization best practices.
- Identify and create reusable components.
- Utilize Firebase Crashlytics and custom analytics.
- Ensure security measures such as data encryption and multi-factor authentication.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Manage App Store and Play Store distribution and beta releases.
- Use CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Fastlane.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
- Execute re-platform assessments for mobile applications.
