Summary: The Investments Data Analyst will manage data governance for the investment portfolio, collaborating with Investments and IT teams to enhance investment processes and trade management. This role is pivotal in ensuring data quality and resolving issues related to portfolio data. The position also involves contributing to automation and efficiency improvements within the department. The candidate will play a key role in supporting internal projects and initiatives within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data governance and quality to provide accurate portfolio data and risk metrics.
• Investigate and escalate data issues, collaborating with the broader team for timely resolution.
• Review data quality of holdings in the investment portfolio and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to the automation of reconciliation processes with the IT team.
• Manage internal projects/initiatives, identifying and implementing process efficiencies and guidelines.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 3+ years' relevant experience in middle office within financial services.
• Knowledge of investment markets and financial products, particularly in fixed income.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, or other coding languages preferred.
• Experience with BlackRock Solutions Aladdin and Bloomberg is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver clear information.
