Key Responsibilities:

- Attend crime scenes, make initial enquiries, carry out fast track actions to establish facts, and preserve evidence.

- Search premises related to terrorism or other offences within the remit of CTPNW.
- Act as team leader in major incident investigations and manage outside enquiry teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards, including CPIA, RIPA, DPA, and HRA.
Key Skills:
- Must be a former Detective with experience in counter-terrorism or related fields.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed investigations and manage complex criminal cases.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and legislation related to counter-terrorism.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must be a UK National; dual nationals may be considered under approved circumstances.
- Willingness to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) to Security Check (enhanced) (SC(e)) level, and potentially Developed Vetting (DV) once in post.
