Information About The Role
The CTPNW investigations team are looking to recruit 1 investigations officer to support the unit. In this post you will be tasked with providing appropriate support to security service priority investigations and will be required to investigate crimes falling within national, regional and force counter terrorism and extremism control strategies. One of the main responsibilities of this post will be to conduct thorough investigations to the highest standard with the aim of securing successful prosecutions for terrorism related offences. This may arise in reaction to live events or through development of intelligence in relation to identified threats.
