Summary: As an Inventory Administrator, you will serve as the primary contact for branches regarding centrally held stock inquiries, ensuring exceptional support. This role is integral to the Inventory Team at the national distribution center in Magna Park, focusing on maintaining an efficient supply chain. The position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. This is a fixed-term contract for six months with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery bookings across two national distribution centres, ensuring all suppliers are aware of site regulations and safety requirements.
- Manage and report on supplier delivery non-conformance and assist in resolution.
- Be the first line of support for inbound inventory queries from across the business.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative and clerical support to the wider Inventory Team.
- Support in order book updates, data management tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
