Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration policies, and application deployment.
- Ensure smooth integration of Intune with Azure AD, Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and procedures for Intune administration.
- Work collaboratively with security, infrastructure, and helpdesk teams to support enterprise-wide IT strategies.
- Implement best practices for endpoint security, compliance, and user experience.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android device configuration and policy management.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
- Experience with conditional access, compliance policies, and role-based access control (RBAC).
