Key Responsibilities:

- Own HubSpot Marketing and Sales for workflows, automation, segmentation, and performance reporting.

- Support trade marketing campaigns and collaborate with asset and property teams on landlord communications.
- Work closely with colleagues across three European markets to ensure brand consistency and campaign quality.
- Report on marketing performance and contribute to new growth initiatives.
