Summary: The International Marketing Manager will lead central marketing activities for corporate and franchise operations within the International Operations team at PureGym in Leeds. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and overseeing promotional planning to drive business growth in international markets. The position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, emphasizing a digital-first approach to marketing. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective marketing execution across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and own the marketing strategy for international corporate divisions, including budget management and promotional planning.
- Run digital marketing campaigns across all channels for corporately owned divisions, focusing on performance metrics.
- Lead the creation and approval of the Annual Promotional Plan in collaboration with senior management.
- Maintain central documentation on marketing strategy and planning for international franchisees.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for franchise operations, providing consultancy and support.
- Oversee annual and quarterly strategy planning and digital paid media activation.
Key Skills:
- Experience in creating and owning marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in promotional planning and digital marketing campaign leadership.
- Experience across multiple markets, with franchise experience preferred.
