Summary: The International Marketing Manager will lead central marketing activities for corporate and franchise operations within the International Operations team at PureGym in Leeds. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance brand performance. The position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, emphasizing a digital-first approach to marketing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for corporate and franchise operations.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across all channels, focusing on performance metrics.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of the Annual Promotional Plan.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for international franchise operations.
  • Consult with franchise marketing departments to optimize performance.
  • Conduct annual and quarterly strategy planning.
  • Manage the Digital Paid Media plan and activation.
