Summary: The International Expansion Project Manager will lead the implementation of a global operating model for a client undergoing international expansion. This senior role involves managing transformation, international rollout, and operational setup while engaging with senior stakeholders. The position requires a proven track record in delivering complex transformation programs and exposure to international environments. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with some international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the implementation of an international operating model
  • Coordinating legal entity setup and regional compliance (via external partners)
  • Supporting regional hiring and operational build-out
  • Managing end-to-end delivery (planning, risks, budgets, reporting)
  • Driving stakeholder engagement and business readiness

International Expansion Project Manager (Contract) We’re supporting a client undergoing international expansion and are looking for a senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a global operating model. This is a high-impact role sitting across transformation, international rollout, and operational setup, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.

  • Delivering the implementation of an international operating model
  • Coordinating legal entity setup and regional compliance (via external partners)
  • Supporting regional hiring and operational build-out
