Summary: The role of Internal Technical Recruiter involves supporting a large technology business in Manchester City Centre by hiring mid-level technical candidates across the UK, Europe, and EMEA. Key Responsibilities:
- Support growth and transformation by hiring mid-level technical candidates.
- Work on-site two days per week in Manchester City Centre.
- Conduct hands-on recruitment for multiple roles across various locations.
- Uncover active and passive candidates for technical roles.
- Manage the full attraction, recruitment, and offer cycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet hiring needs.
- Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the recruitment process.
Key Skills:
- Experience in tech recruitment, particularly for permanent specialist roles.
- Ability to recruit across Europe and EMEA.
- Knowledge of technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, AWS, and Java.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Experience working in software/technology companies or rapidly changing environments.

Digital Skills are working with a superb client, a Technology Business with a global presence. The client have undergone rapid growth and change and are looking to hire for several additional Internal Recruiters who will help support growth and transformation.
You will be working 2 days per week onsite and must be experienced in hiring for Mid level hires at volume across the UK, Europe and EMEA.
I am looking for recruiters who are experienced in:
- Tech recruitment
- Permanent Specialistms
- Recruiting across Europe
- Experience in areas such as, SaP, Salesforce, AWS, Java
All roles require experience in:
- Hands on recruitment
- Uncovering Active and Passive Candidiates
- Running the full attraction, recruitment and offer cycle
- Working with internal stakeholders
- Actively hiring at volume for multiple roles across multiple locations
The role requires recruiters with strong attention to detail. Ideally people who have worked in Software/Technology companies, or companies that undergo rapid change and expansion.
You will have at least 3 - 5 years experience, be a superb communicator and available to start in the next 4 weeks max.
This is to join a busy team, you are not required to re-write processes, set up functions or such like, this is a very hands on requirement for a mid weight recruiter. You will be spending most of your day, sourcing candidates and screening them for their roles. As such you will be required to have excellent customer service and communication skills.
The client is very busy hiring for technical roles and you will augment an already busy team as a team member.
