Summary: The Internal Recruiter at Newly Weds® Foods will be integral to the Human Resources team, focusing on attracting and securing top talent across various departments. This role involves managing the full recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and collaborating closely with Hiring Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience with applicant tracking systems, making them well-suited for a dynamic recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of full recruitment process with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate journey.
- Control of all agency workers on site, including liaising with agencies and defining temporary worker requirements with Hiring Managers.
- Updating job descriptions and creating adverts.
- Monitor job boards for new applications and shortlist based on criteria.
- Provide reports on recruitment to HR Manager and Plant Manager.
- Liaising with Hiring Managers regarding interview questions with a competency-based focus.
- Management of applications and timely responses to applicants.
- Co-ordinate and arrange interviews for Hiring Managers and HR.
- Attend interviews for all jobs up to and including Director level.
- Prepare internal vacancy notifications and manage the internal referral process.

Duties
- Management of full recruitment process with the focus on delivering an excellent candidate journey.
- Control of all agency workers on site, including liaising with agencies, defining temporary worker requirement with Hiring Manager, all administration related to agency workers including timesheets and one to one's.
- Working directly with the Hiring Managers to understand their needs and unique role requirements.
- Updating of job descriptions and creation of adverts.
- Monitor job boards for new applications.
- Shortlisting of applications based on the criteria stated in the relevant job description.
- Provide reports on recruitment to HR Manager and Plant Manager.
- Liaising with the Hiring Manager regarding relevant interview questions and ensuring that the questions have a competency based focus.
