Key responsibilities include developing job advertisements, screening candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and post job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment such as maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Source specialist candidates from scratch using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
