Role Description This is a contract position for an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) based in Greater London. The role is hybrid, with some responsibilities carried out remotely and others on-site. The IQA will oversee and manage the maintenance of quality assurance standards, conduct audits, review documentation, and ensure compliance with industry and institutional requirements. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, observation of teaching practices, and providing constructive feedback to consistently improve the quality of learning and assessments.

Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing to ensure compliance with educational standards and frameworks. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality enhancements effectively. Effective Communication skills to collaborate with staff, provide feedback, and ensure clear understanding of quality standards and practices. Previous experience in quality assurance or related fields within an academic or professional training environment is beneficial. A recognized qualification in Internal Quality Assurance or a similar field is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid remote and on-site work setting.
