Summary: The Internal Controls Manager will report to the Associate Director of Internal Control and support the internal control agenda across all group entities for a prominent fashion brand. This role involves developing governance frameworks, analyzing business processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and participation in audits to enhance the internal control environment. The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in internal auditing and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Internal Control environment by collaborating with stakeholders to improve internal controls.
• Analyze and document business process flows and related controls documentation.
• Support local control owners with IC and SOX compliance, including control implementation and resolution of deficiencies.
• Communicate control changes and updates to relevant control owners.
• Complete a yearly Internal Control Self-Assessment (ICSA) and support management in reviewing results.
• Monitor and review control evidences and participate in network connects with IC SPOCs globally.
• Support external and internal auditors during audits to identify weaknesses and follow up on deficiencies.

Key Skills:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with a minimum of 2 years PQE experience.
• Experience as an internal or external auditor.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on, and self-reliant.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Desirable experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and/or TM1.
