Summary: The Internal Audit Manager role is a 12-month fixed-term contract position within a leading UK insurance company, focusing on the delivery of operational and financial audits. Internal Audit Manager (12m FTC) - Insurance £75,000-£81,000 + bonus + benefits Bournemouth; 2 days/week in the office

Audit & Risk Recruitment have been engaged by one of the largest, listed Insurance companies in the UK to recruit for an Internal Audit Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. You'll be joining a well-established and experienced Internal Audit team in a delivery focused role. Reporting into the Head of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for the autonomous delivery of a range of operational and financial audits across the business. This will require you to lead on scoping, planning, testing and then producing high-quality audit reports with value-adding recommendation as well as communicating your findings to senior stakeholders. You will also monitor the completion of audit actions to ensure they're done in a timely manner and that effective remedial actions are taken.

You will be a highly experienced and qualified Internal Audit professional (ACA/ACCA/CIA) with extensive hands-on delivery exposure. Prior experience in the Insurance sector or Financial Services is desirable but not essential. You must be immediately available, or available on a short notice period, and be able to commute into Bournemouth 2 days/week. Full eligibility to work in the UK (Indefinite Leave to Remain, UK Passport or EU Settlement Status) is essential; candidates who require visa sponsorship will not be considered.

The salary package offered is £75,000-£81,000 + bonus + benefits.
