Summary: The Intermediate Systems Testing/QA Specialist role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive test plans and cases for various testing types, including functional and regression testing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and test cases for functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Participate in and support user acceptance testing activities.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure proper test coverage and validation.
  • Track and manage defects using Kanban or Azure DevOps tools.
  • Maintain regression test suites and validate build releases to ensure production stability.
  • Support both large and small-scale testing initiatives within structured project timelines.

Key Skills:

  • Experience executing regression, functional, non-functional, and system integration tests.
  • Strong background in creating test strategy documentation, test cases, and test data for both technical and business validation.
  • Experience supporting and organizing UAT efforts.
  • Proficiency in defect tracking and reporting using Kanban boards or DevOps.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage testing efforts across complex systems.
  • Experience with structured QA methodologies and automated testing tools.
  • Exposure to programming languages and scripting for automated test cases.
  • Experience working in agile and DevOps environments.
